Terms

These are placeholder terms while Hexwork is being tested. Full terms of service, an acceptable use policy and a privacy policy will replace them before launch.

The short version

• You own the words, photos and content you put into your sites. Your plan includes hosting them on Hexwork. To take a site elsewhere, you can export its files for a one-off fee (£49), or download them any time on the Agency plan.
• Your plan pays for hosting. If a payment fails we'll email you, your sites go offline after 7 days, and they're deleted after 60 days if it still isn't paid. Paying before then brings everything back.
• Don't use Hexwork for anything seriously illegal, for phishing, malware or spam, or to impersonate someone else. Published sites are scanned automatically and we suspend sites that break these terms.
• Credits are used up as the AI works on your requests. Monthly credits reset each month; top-up credits don't expire.
• We keep your account details and site files on our servers in the UK to run the service.
